Mr. Andrew Lin obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Music education with Piano and Clarinet as his Major instruments from University of Toronto in 2019. During his years of studying, Mr. Lin participated in many competitions and RCM Exams. Having this first-hand experience and deep knowledge of Canadian and North American examination systems and expectations, helped Andrew to become an invaluable and experienced teacher. Currently, his students are obtaining First Class Honours with Distinction in RCM exams for beginner and intermediate levels.
During his University years, Andrew also learned to play woodwind instruments: flute, bassoon, oboe, percussion, French horn, as well as collaborative piano. Andrew is a true multifaceted musician, who can teach students from a variety of different perspectives and styles. He is a passionate and exciting teacher, that works equally well with younger kids, teens, and adults. Andrew is very excited to join the WMA team and looking forward to meeting his new students!
