Bryan Chung is an enthusiastic clarinet and saxophone performer and teacher that focused his education on Jazz Studies. His esteemed instructors in clarinet (Robert Sheffield, principal of Vancouver Opera Orchestra) and saxophone (Mike Allen, Steve Kaldestad, and Chad Makela of Capilano University) inspired Bryan’s interest in kids education.

Bryan is thoroughly familiar with the RCM curriculum since he himself participated and successfully completed RCM exams in both clarinet and saxophone. Mr. Chung has taught kids and adults both clarinet and saxophone. In his lessons Bryan is focusing on sound production technique, as well as targeting students interest by selecting a fun repertoire. Each lesson is carefully prepared and planed after the initial meeting and understanding students goals.
