Little Violinists (Ages 4-6)

Little Violinists Classes prepare a child to approach the violin with an eager, successful, and musical disposition. Students will learn the fundamental elements of violin playing: basic posture, bow hold, violin hold, and 5 Suzuki rhythms in a fun and high-energy setting.

A
BOUT: A class with 2 STUDENTS per group maximum, each with a parent or responsible adult. Parent observations is an essential component of a successful Suzuki learning experience. Little Violinists Classes provide an opportunity for very young children with their parents to develop basic skills for success in the Suzuki Violin Method through fun and games. In an inviting and friendly setting, both child and parent observe and learn from their instructor as well as others in the class. Children develop concentration, good posture, and a beautiful tone in this supportive group environment.

FREE CLASS MATERIALS:
*Beginner’s Package Must: Cherub Box Violin & Bow ($9.99) FREE
*LV Book & CD FREE

PARENT PARTICIPATION: recommended

Requirements:
*Beginner’s Package Must: Cherub Box Violin & Bow ($9.99) FREE WITH FULL SEMESTER ENROLLMENT
*Beginner’s Package Recommended: Chin rest with sponge ($14.99) & Twinkle Mat Foot Chart ($17.95)
*Parents or responsible adults are required to attend and stay for the entire duration of all lessons.

Additional:
*Violin & bow of the appropriate size for your child. Please contact the teacher directly if you have any sizing questions. Parents are encouraged to have their own violins and bows, although it is optional, it is highly recommended.
