There are 4 semesters at WMA: |
| FALL TERM – 15 weeks Lessons begin Tuesday September 8th – Last lesson Friday December 18th* National Day for Truth and Reconciliation – Wednesday September 30th * Thanksgiving – Monday October 12th * Remembrance Day – Wednesday November 11th (By mutual agreement with the teacher, individual lessons CAN BE HELD on Statutory Holidays. If the student chooses not to attend the lesson it will be made up later) FROSTY MUSIC GALA – TBA ~ Winter Break Saturday December 19th – Friday January 1st |
| WINTER TERM – 11 weeks Lessons begin Saturday January 2nd – Last lesson Sunday March 21st * Family Day – Monday February 15th (By mutual agreement with the teacher individual lessons CAN BE HELD during the Statutory Holidays. If the student chooses not to attend the lesson it will be made up later) ~ Spring Break Monday March 22nd – Sunday March 28th |
| SPRING TERM – 14 weeks Lessons begin Monday March 29th – Last lesson Wednesday June 30th * Victoria Day – Monday May 24th (By mutual agreement with the teacher individual lessons CAN BE HELD during the Statutory Holidays. If the student chooses not to attend the lesson it will be made up later) SPOTLIGHT KIDS CONCERT – TBA |
| SUMMER TERM – 8 weeks (optional) Lessons begin Saturday July 3rd – Friday August 27th |
