Music Encore Concert Society
Music Encore Concert Society (MECS) is a registered, non-profit organization dedicated to music development through the areas of performance, instruction and appreciation of music, registered in the province of British Columbia under registration No. 84183 1324 RR0001. MECS was established in 2003 and has been presenting yearly concerts series in Richmond and White Rock for the past 15 years, over 200 concerts in total.
